Our location services are NO cost to you, due to our extensive referral partnerships with older adult communities throughout Dayton and Northern Cincinnati. We bill the communities directly should you select one of our partner communities.

We ask a series of questions designed with you in mind, regarding location preferences, budget restrictions, services required, and necessary lifestyle activities to help you locate the perfect location or locations for you to call home. The more information you share, the better customer service we can offer.

Unlike other placement agencies, our model is designed around owning your current home. Therefore, we are willing and able to open up housing options regardless of if we are paid a fee from the community, you ultimately choose. Our clients are all given the same extraordinary experience whether you are a Self-Pay client or Medicaid beneficiary.

There are many options to fund living in your next home. Not all communities accept all forms of payment. It is important that your custom community locator understands all of your income and asset sources.  Medicare typically does not cover associated fees for independent living, assisted or memory care communities. Certain Communities accept Medicaid and some require self-pay then may accept Medicaid based on availability of beds.
